JI4PE takes protection of personal information and appropriate management is our legal and social responsibility.
For that purpose, privacy policy is defined as below (section titles are shown) to respect and protect the provided personal information.

1.Scope of personal information In this service, "personal information" refers to information about an individual that can be used to identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, or other description, as defined in the Personal Information Protection Law. 4.Appropriate acquisition of personal information The Institute will acquire personal information in a lawful and fair manner.

5.Notification of purpose of use upon acquisition When acquiring personal information, the Institute will notify or announce the purpose of use in advance. The same applies to the acquisition of personal information in written form. If the purpose of use is changed, we will notify the registrant or make a public announcement.

6.Ensuring the accuracy of information content The Institute will endeavor to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.

15.Development of organizational systems The Institute will appoint a manager of personal information and implement necessary measures to protect personal information. In addition, the Institute will periodically conduct internal audits to ensure that personal information is being handled appropriately, and will strive to maintain and improve the protection of personal information.

16.Education for employees We will educate and enlighten our directors and staff on the importance of personal information and its proper handling, and ensure that all necessary measures are taken.
