医薬品開発の知識習得と実務能力向上のために2017年にSMDプログラムに参加をして2022年2月にようやくSMD認定を取得することが出来ました。
SMDプログラムは業務を通じてコンピテンシーを向上させるプログラムのため、その機会を探すのが大変でしたがメンターの方々のサポートを得て修了することが出来ました。
今までサポート頂いた今村先生、小居先生、メンターの皆様、そして一緒にSMDに参加していた皆様、本当にありがとうございました。

I would like to thank Dr. Imamura, Dr. Oi, all mentors, all peers who participated in SMD program, and PharmaTrain and IFAPP. I work for a global pharmaceutical company as medical affairs role. I have participated SMD program in 2017 to improve my knowledge and capability of medicines development, and for my future career. I needed to change my mentor two times in 4 years until finished the SMD program due to their private reasons. All mentors supported and encouraged me to continue the program when I faced on some hurdles. The SMD program has mainly on-the-job training structure, so I needed to look for opportunities to participate new project, other educational trainings, teaching someone, on daily business. It was tough though but SMD program was able to connect competency and opportunities. I appreciate to be certified as SMD. As a SMD, I would like to contribute for medical affairs, medicines development in the company, and furthermore for patients. And then, I will support and educate others who want to learn medicines development. I would like to thank everyone who supported me through the SMD program.
